Refund Policy - the basics
At 175 Production, we are committed to delivering high-quality video and photography services tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and work has commenced.
No Refund Policy
Once a project is booked, we allocate time, resources, and personnel to ensure the best results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with completed work.
Exception – Natural Disasters & Uncontrollable Events
In the rare event that a natural disaster (e.g., earthquake, flood, hurricane) or other uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., government-imposed restrictions, unforeseen emergencies) prevent us from carrying out the scheduled work, we will provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling & Credits
If you are unable to proceed with the scheduled service for any reason unrelated to a natural disaster, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option at our discretion, subject to availability. Any rescheduled bookings must be confirmed within 3 days of the original appointment.
